Refund policy

(Payment And Cancellation.)

For direct bank transfers, payment is expected to be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders without confirmed payment are automatically cancelled after 24 hours

when making payment ensure to use the same name on your order. if the names are different, kindly use your order number as a reference so we can easily track the order to you.

Orders placed and paid for with a different name would not be proccesed if we do not get notified

New orders can only be cancelled before payment is made. Once payment is made, no cancellation can be made.

 

(Refunds & Exchange)

Returns
All sales are final and non-returnable once shipped.

In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 2 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, worn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective product  will only be accepted if the fault is from Deoorganic.


To start a refund, you can contact us at sales@deoorganic.com. Please note that returned items will need to be sent to the following address: [16c Bamishile street off Allen Lagos.Nigeria] at the customers cost. we only bear the cost if we gave a wrong product.

If your returned item is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages During Transportation.

kindly note defective items issue sent via customers own choice of shipment (local transport or personal courier service) would not be replaced by Deoorganic.

we only take responsibility of damaged items shipped by our courier service. (ABC &STANDARD SHIPPING)

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned if seal is broken , like white active powders, fragrance oils and essential oils

 Final Sales Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14  business days. A proccesing fee of 5% will  be charged  for restocking if the product  is still within the company. A 20% fee will be charged  if product  is already  in transit.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@deoorganic.com.
