We use ABC Cargo, GIG, USPS DHL and other certified companies as our shipping agent. All shipping charges calculated on-line are based on our heavily discounted agents Ground rates. Customers may also use their own shipping account. Customer can make a note in the comment section of the order and we can refund the shipping cost.

At Deo Organic we have developed a sophisticated software program that calculates the shipping costs on your order. Actual shipping charges are derived using ABC Cargo, GIG, Fed-Ex, DHL shipping matrix that factors actual weight .  we do not charge any additional handling fees. Charges can be seen on-line before you finalize your order. There are no surprises!

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur. We do have the opportunity to ship US Postal Service for the lowest rates. At checkout, carts will automatically calculate the shipping option to your specific location.  For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipment clears customs. Please check your country's import requirements and restrictions prior to placing your order. Any international shipments that are returned, cancelled or refused at customs will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. These orders will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
