Hello, thank you for your reply, now this is not you accepting your mistake, that is why he didn't reply to you again , due to this back and forth. A production was on going the content of the bottle Has been poured into a beaker and you wanted a video of him pouring it . Should he had expected a mistake from your end and made a vidoe while pouring it . A simple apology could have fixed it but in your email you still have not accepted that you made a mistake. What is the point of getting intouch with your customer then. No we did not make a mistake or has you claimed maybe we have realised our mistake and stop replying you. No, we just let it go and know how to deal with or handle transactions with your company going forward. Thank you
