Wrong product packed in bottle

My experience was not great , because I order jojoba oil and Capric Triglycerid. And there was a mistake in your bottling and label on of the 3lit of Capric Triglycerid lable bottle actually contains jojoba oil which I ordered 2 lts of as well you staff was contacted and we were told we should have made a vidoe when pouring in stead of you accepting it was a mistake and give ans apology. My staff poured the first bottle or Capric in the jar of formulation and emptying the second bottle when she realised the oil was yellowish. We called and you were not very help rather saying we should record when we empty your products, so when we empty all other ans break bottle seal we do vidoes because you are prone to mistake. And apology and find a way to make your customer happy could have just fixed it .that was not good enough.

We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service. your staff who claimed to be your brother contacted us like 3 months ago and said i bottle of caprylic was jojoba we asked him to do a video while the product was still in the bottle. He choose to do otherwise and showed us a product in a beaker with nothing to show that product was actually from us. we took our time to do a video showing him the same product and batch number and it was caprylic.we asked him to carefully check the rest product that he might have made an error from his end and if the rest had the same issue ,he should do a video and send to us. we told him to also send back the product he claimed was jojoba .We also sent a reminder .we never heard from him again.you can ask him to show you the chats on his phone. when a customer suddenly stops responding to a complaints it is assumed they realized the error and moved on. if the issue was still present, i had expect him to reply to our messages and follow up with the instructions given to him.

Caprylic/capric triglyceride is derived from coconut oil and glycerin used in cosmetic as a skin-conditioning agent, emollient and solvent . It is known for being a lightweight, non-greasy ingredient that moisturizes the skin, improves the texture of products like lotions and creams, and helps other ingredients spread more easily and remain stable. It is generally considered safe, non-comedogenic, and suitable for all skin types

The glycerol is reserved, and the fatty acids undergo distillation to separate them into fractions of different chain lengths. The C8 Caprylic Acid and C10 Capric Acid fractions are then re-esterified with glycerol to form MCT Oil. The oil is then filtered and deodorized.
